* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Edward Hartley
Edward C. Hartley, 78, of St. Marys, died 9:34 A.M. Sunday, June 11, 2023, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
He was born June 8, 1945, in Lima, Ohio, the son of Edward and Charlotte (Adams) Hartley. He married Evelyn Robinson Schuller on August 20, 1993, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and she survives in St. Marys.
He is also survived by his son, Michael (Shelly) Hartley of Ocala, Florida; by his step-daughters: Sheena (Bob) Warren of St. Marys; Anissa (Aaron) Davis of Cridersville; Casey (Mike) Brown of Botkins; by a step-son, Aaron Schuller of Celina. He is survived by his grandsons Lyric Hartley and Mason Hartley, and by his step-grandchildren: Hayden Warren; Quinten Vandemark; Taylor Davis; Jeremiah Schuller; Noah Schuller; Elijah Schuller; Hannah Blair. He is survived by his two step-great-grandchildren: Everlee Schuller and Ella Mae Schuller.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Ed was a graduate of Lima Senior High School, and a veteran of the US Navy, having served during the Vietnam War. He retired from United Telephone Company, where he served as a lineman. He worked at McDonald's in St. Marys until just last month. Ed was a strong advocate for gun owners' rights, and a member of the NRA. He loved shooting and was a member of the Moulton Gun Club and West Ohio Fish and Game Club. He also enjoyed riding his Honda Goldwing motorcycle, and was a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. He was a faithful member of Shekinah Temple in St. Marys, where he served as treasurer.
Funeral rites will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, June 15, 2023, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys; Pastor Judy Baker, officiant. Private family burial rites will be held at Lima Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be given to either Ed's family, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Shrine Hospital.
