* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Ella Driggs of the Celina Dolphins competes in the butterfly portion of the 100-yard individual medley at Saturday's Celina Swimming Pentathlon at Bryson Pool. Swimmers from around the area swam each of the four strokes and an individual medley race to produce the overall fastest time.
