* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Martha L. Kohler, 77, Wapakoneta, died at 8:51 p.m. Sept. 1, 2023, at Lima Memorial Hospital.

Private graveside services were held at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.

Memorial contributions can be sent to the family to assist with final expenses.
