* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1101 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Corey Andrew
Corey C. Andrew, age 24, of Rockford, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2023, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born February 4, 1999, in Decatur, IN. His mother and step-father: Lisa & Jody Haller, survive in Ohio City.
Also surviving is his fiancée, Hannah Pawelski of Rockford, daughter, Aurora Andrew, siblings: Taya (Michael) Deardoff and Angel Haller (Noah Baldwin) of Van Wert, grandparents: Pam and John Stapleton of Rockford, uncle, Aaron (Tori) Stapleton, niece and nephews: Castalia, Caspian, and Jayden, and cousins: Damon and Austin Stapleton.
  He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Naomi Counterman.
Corey was a 2017 Parkway High School graduate and was a "Gentle Giant".
He loved everyone, especially kids, and everyone loved him. He was a jokester and enjoyed playing with his nieces, nephews and his baby daughter, Aurora.
Playing video games was a favorite activity. He collected figurines of wolves. Other activities he liked were playing basketball and going for drives.
Private Services were held for the family.
