* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Debra Winner
Debra K. Winner, age 58, of Minster, passed away following a lengthy illness on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at her home in Minster, Ohio.
She was born December 19, 1965, in Lima, Ohio to the late Michael & Lynn (Jinks) Miller. On August 27, 1988, at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster she married Theodore Winner, and he survives in Minster.
She is also survived her beloved dog Grover; sister Michelle Tidwell, Botkins; brother Ron Miller, Wapakoneta; mother & father-in-law James & Patricia Winner, Minster; brothers-in-laws: Bob Winner, Troy; Joe Winner & Sheila Book, Estero, FL; Chuck & Amy Winner, Melbourne, FL; and numerous nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by 2 dogs, Buckeye & Beau, brother-in-law Brian Tidwell, and sister-in-law Rosi Miller.
Deb was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and the Minster F.O.E. #1391 Auxiliary. She graduated from Wapakoneta High School in 1984 and worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Schwieterman's Pharmacy for 34 years. She enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds, The Ohio State Buckeyes, HGTV and METV. She also loved going to any beach.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 and from 8:30 to 9 a.m. on Thursday, February 29.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CHP Hospice and Ashley's Embrace.
