* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Norma Rutschilling
Norma Jean Rutschilling, age 89, passed away in the early morning of Friday, March 29, 2024, at The Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born February 17, 1935, in Cassella, Ohio, to the late Norbert & Gertrude (Frenzer) Stucke. On June 28,1955, she married her husband, Wilbert "Bill" Rutschilling. Bill survives in St. Henry.
Also surviving Norma are her nine children and their spouses: Rick & Angie Rutschilling of St. Henry; Randy & Lisa Rutschilling of Oak Harbor; Ron & Monica Rutschilling of St. Henry; Roger & Lora Rutschilling of New Bremen; Robin & Georgia Rutschilling of Cincinnati; Leisa & Tom Tremper of Westerville; Lori & Gerald Vian of Celina; Lynn & Victor Targett of Poulsbo, Wash.; and Cindy & Keith Bruggeman of St. Henry. Other surviving family members include 24 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren with four more on the way, as well as in-laws: Leroy & Doris Rutschilling of St. Henry, Bernadette & Jerry Kemper of Osgood, Rosanne & Robert Schoen of Montezuma, Connie Fullenkamp of Montezuma and numerous nieces and nephews.
Norma was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sondra Rutschilling, as well as siblings: Roman & Imelda Stucke, Esther & Dick Bohman, and in-laws: Esther & Norbert Puthoff, Norma & Roman Huelskamp, Elmer & Doris Rutschilling, Gilbert Rutschilling, Aloys Fullenkamp, and her father and mother-in-law, Lawrence & Rose Rutschilling.
Norma was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church in St. Henry. Growing up she worked at her dad's restaurant, Norb's Place, in Osgood, and later worked as a home health aide. She loved playing bingo and poker, and always enjoyed a trip to the casino. Norma loved to celebrate her birthday and her and Bill's wedding anniversary and loved spending time with family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at St. Henry Catholic Church. Following the funeral mass, burial will take place in St. Henry Cemetery.
Friends and family may call from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, or from 9-10 a.m. on Thursday, at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers and gifts donations be made to The Southern Mercer County Joint Ambulance, or EverHeart Hospice.
