Rosemary Fleck
Rosemary Matilda Fleck, age 94 of Celina, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at Briarwood Village Assisted Living Facility in Coldwater.
She was born on June 4, 1930 in Dayton, Ohio to the late John and Eleanor (King) Mader. On June 6, 1953, she married Paul G. Fleck, who died on January 19, 2013.
She is survived by her children; Becky (Jack) Niekamp of Stevens Point, WI, Dan (Angie) Fleck of Celina, Nancy (Frank) Blanton of Richmond, VA, Dave (Tess) Fleck of Cumming, GA, Barb (Ron) Kanney of Coldwater, Mary (Matt) Wolters of Coldwater, Doug Fleck of Dublin, fifteen grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, infant daughter Judy Fleck and her sister Kathleen (Norman) Bertke.
Rosemary graduated from St. Henry High School with the class of 1948 and she was formerly employed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina and was also a member of the Altar Rosary Sodality. She volunteered at the church, assisting with Catechism and funeral dinners. She enjoyed quilting and spending time with her family. She loved cooking and always made fabulous Christmas cookies.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, October, 28, 2024 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Prashanth Bandanadham officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Friends and Family may call from 2:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 27, 2024 and from 9:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. on Monday morning at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
