Areas of fog still linger reducing visibility in a number of locations. There remain a few localized places where visibility is as low as one mile.
Visibility will continue to improve through the early morning hours. But motorists should still be prepared for changes in visibility along their route and exercise extra caution.

Karen Bey
Karen Ann (Zimmerman) Bey, age 71, of St. Rt. 362, Fort Loramie, passed away peacefully of natural causes early Sunday morning, January 5, 2025, at the Ohio's Hospice of Miami County facility in Troy, Ohio.
She was born September 1, 1953, in Sidney, Ohio, to the late Robert & Dorothy (Henry) Zimmerman. On November 24, 1973, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Fort Loramie, Karen married William "Bill" Bey who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Jennifer & Daniel Jacobs of Fort Loramie and Keith & Paula Bey of Fort Loramie; 8 of 9 grandchildren: Samantha, Alexis, Ryan and Renee Jacobs and Levi, Mason (dec.), Lily, Anthony and Kennedy Bey; two brothers, Ron & Angie Zimmerman of Fort Loramie, Jim Zimmerman of Fort Loramie and brothers & sisters-in-law, Tom & Terry Bey of Sidney and Gloria & Don Stonerock of Piqua along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father & mother-in-law, Paul & Patricia (Dapore) Bey, a brother-in-law, Basil Bey and one niece, Tracy Bey.
Karen was a 1971 graduate of Fort Loramie high School and a life-long member of St. Michael Catholic Church. She had been a dedicated homemaker. Over the years, she also worked at various retail stores. Karen enjoyed spending time with her family, especially while camping. She also expressed her affection for them by crocheting crafts and making her own greeting cards.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM, Friday, January 10, 2025, at St. Michael Catholic Church with Rev. John W. Tonkin presiding. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery.       Family and friends may call Thursday, 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Friday, 9:00 to 10:00 AM Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie.
Memorials may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County or charities of choice.
