Light snow will overspread the area from the northwest this morning. An increased coverage of snow showers is expected to develop this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust up to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible in areas where heavier snow bands develop this afternoon into early evening.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Patricia Now
Patricia "Pat" Now (Jeffries-Thomas) age 84, of Celina, OH ascended March 19th to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in Heaven. She was born Aug. 5th, 1940 to the late Violet Harrod (Dillon) and Vern W. Thomas and was raised with unconditional love and support by John Walter Harrod.
She is survived by current husband, James Now of Celina, OH. Her son, Bil (Dawn) Jeffries of Goodyear, AZ, and Mike (Barb) Pedroza Celina, OH, of which she gave the same unconditional love and support that she received. Step-daughters Julie (Jim) Shepherd Fairfield, OH, Rene (Lane) Nietz of Fairfield, OH and step-son James Now Ft Wayne, IN. Grandchildren, Amanda (Trisha) Jeffries, Haley (Calvin) Niese, Morgan Dietrich, Angie (Justin) Rolfes, Travis Pedroza, Matt (Ashley) Pedroza, Bryan (Karen) Strickler, Josh Strickler, Kyle Shepherd and Aaron Shepard. Surviving sisters, Marilyn Jean Miller, Betty Ellis, brothers, John (Patty) Harrod Jr., Daniel (Dorothy) Harrod and Richard (Pat) Harrod. Multiple great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dallas Jeffries and granddaughter, Megan Jeffries.
Pat worked at Celina Mutual and retired from Reynolds & Reynolds. She enjoyed retirement by participating in the 'Red Hats Society', taking cruises, traveling and being a snowbird in FL. She enjoyed being with family and always had food and coffee for visitors. She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Hopewell Church.
Honoring her wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of the family, and she will be laid to rest at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
In remembrance of Pat's life and love of travel, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Mercer County Civic Foundation.
