Larry Laloge
Larry Laloge, age 79, of Celina, passed away at Celina Manor on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Born on December 7, 1945, in Coldwater, to the late Alfred & Rita (Schroer) Laloge. On September 30, 1967, he married Doris (Kaiser) Laloge and she preceded him in death in 2003.
Larry is survived by his children: Cheryl & Tom Walter of St. Marys, Carol & Mike Kaiser of Coldwater, Dennis & Vanda Laloge of Batesville, Indiana, and Laura & Christian Schneider of Poolsville, MD; grandchildren, Amanda & Matthew Dieringer, Will & Brittany Walter, Lukas Walter, Mitchell & Cambra Kaiser, Corinne, Reese, Grant, and Simon Kaiser, Ryan, Adam, Sam, and Jack Laloge, Hannah, Madeline, and Amelia Schneider; great-grandchildren, Cole, Isley, Maylee, Tommy, Elijah, and Eva; and siblings and in-laws, Pat & Rick Maier of Celina, Barb & Harry Schoen of Ft. Recovery, Jan & Rich Evers of St. Henry, Marilyn & Butch Hummel of Rossburg, Dave & Ethel Kaiser of St. Henry, Dian Kaiser of Ft. Recovery, Evelyn & Mike Kahlig of Ft. Recovery, Betty & Ed Garwood of Decatur, Sharon Wuebker of St. Henry, Dale & Michelle Kaiser of Ft. Recovery, Chuck & Connie Kaiser of Ft. Recovery, and Mary Jo & Steve George of Clayton.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Christine Laloge, and in-laws, Dan Kaiser and Roger Wuebker.
Larry was a member of the National Guard. He retired as a Maintenance Supervisor for the former New Idea. Larry was a proud, founding member of the Mercer County Right to Life. He was a lover of music and enjoyed many years of vacationing and fishing at Hessel, Michigan.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Montezuma. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater. Friends may call on Wednesday, from 9 am to 11 am at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial contributions may be made to the Mercer County Right to Life or the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
