* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1101 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Barbara Brackman
Barbara E. Brackman, age 83, of Maria Stein, Ohio, died on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at Otterbein St. Marys. She was born on October 26, 1941 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Julia (Rau) and Edgar Gerrard who was killed in action during WWII.
She was preceded in death by an ex-husband Clayton Cornell.
She married Richard Brackman on January 24, 1987 and he preceded her in death on November 28, 2012.
She is survived by her children: Cynthia & Mark Briggs, St. Marys, Laureen & Randall Lininger, St. Marys, Kent & Megan Cornell, Edgerton and Nathan & Shishi-Li Cornell, Florida, grandchildren: Megan Benoit, Angie & Paul Soltesz, Derek Lininger, Eleanor & Clayton Cornell, Limingjing nong, great grandchildren: Riley & Lily Benoit and Thomas Soltesz.
She was a 1959 graduate of Ursula High School, Toledo, and obtained a degree in social work from Wright State University. She worked in Wapakoneta, Ohio for several years. She enjoyed slot machine gambling, shopping, traveling and loved an ice-cold Coke and tootsie rolls. She loved her pet dogs very much, starting with Tyler and Tippy, Penny, Terry, Bucky and her last pet Max the cat. She loved being a mother to her 4 children and adored spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family, is very appreciative and would like to thank Otterbein in St. Marys for the special care and support they provided.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM Friday, May 2, 2025 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, Ohio with burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 9 to 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grand Lake Hospice. Condolences may be left at www.hogenkampfh.com.
