Hundreds of fans and supporters flocked to the high school track stadium Friday evening to watch Celina High School students play in a Powder Puff football tournament. Teams representing the senior, junior, sophomore and freshman classes battled for gridiron superiority, while other students showed their school spirit, cheered on their favorite team, and honored lost friends Ben Ly and Quinten Thobe, as pictured to the right. Proceeds from Friday's games will go to the family of Thobe, a sophomore at Celina who died unexpectedly Wednesday morning. Celina High School will be closed on Tuesday for staff and students to attend funeral services for Thobe. for more pictures visit the album.
