Marlene Huber
Marlene P. Huber, age 86, of McCartyville, Ohio, died on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at Wapakoneta Manor.
She was born on March 17, 1939 in McCartyville, Ohio to the late Leo & Rosella (Sommer) Bornhorst. She married Donald J. Huber on October 3, 1959 in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, McCartyville. He preceded her in death on February 24, 2003.
She is survived by children: Karen & Ron Brown, Wapak, Mark Huber, McCartyville, Randy & Christine Huber, McCartyville, Chris & Ron Albers, McCartyville, Deb & Steve Heitkamp McCartyville, 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, brother-in-law Dennis Stachler, Burkettsville.
She was preceded in death by son Daniel Huber, in-laws: Sister Cecelia Huber, Velma & Paul Billerman, Alice Thieman, Phyllis Stachler, Gerald & Joan Huber, Myron & Norma Huber & an infant brother-in-law.
Marlene was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville and the Rosary Altar Sodality. She was a member of Minster F.O.E. #1391 Auxiliary, and she enjoyed playing cards and bowling. She rarely missed a child or grandchild's sporting event.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM Friday, May 16, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, McCartyville, Ohio with burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.     
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 3 to 7 PM and at SACRED HEART OF JESUS CHURCH on Friday, May 16, 2025 from 9 to 10 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
