Gerald Rindler
Gerald H. "Jerry" Rindler, age 84, of Minster, Ohio, died on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at Wilson Hospital, Sidney, Ohio.
He was born on May 17, 1940 in Chickasaw, Ohio to the late Edmund J. & Elizabeth (Pour) Rindler. He married Patricia Willey on June 23, 1995 and she preceded him in death on July 4, 2014.
He was also preceded in death by his children's mother Carol Jean Schwartz in 2005.
He is survived by children: Randy & Stacy Rindler, Sidney, Dan & Shari Rindler Noblesville, IN, Janell Rindler Woodruff & Steve Woodruff, Sidney, grandchildren: Danielle & Chris Ballard, Jacob & Allison Rindler, Joshua & Meredith Rindler, Trevor Thompson, Madi Thompson, Blake Thompson & Renee Anthony, 5 great grandchildren, Patricia's 4 children and 2 deceased, brother-in-law Paul "Pete Magoto.
He was preceded in death by siblings Helen Magoto, Don & Sandy Rindler and Don's second wife Martha Rindler, Dick & Ginny Rindler.
Jerry was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Moulton, Ohio, former owner and operator of Rindler Automotive, Minster, a member of Alcoholics Anonymous where he was a sponsor and very active in.
He enjoyed playing cards, riding motorcycles and collecting classic cars.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Friday, May 23, 2025 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Moulton, Ohio with burial will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery, New Bremen.   
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, on Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 3 to 7 PM and at Trinity Lutheran Church on Friday, May 23, 2025 from 9 to 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 14127 Moulton New Knoxville Rd, Wapakoneta, OH 45895.
