1. Tear or cut the waste paper into small pieces. Use any paper you would like to recycle, including newspaper and junk mail.

2. Soak the paper in water for several hours or overnight.

3. Blend material into a pulp. This will turn into your brand new, recycled paper.

4. Spread the pulp onto a baking tray that is covered by an old rag or cloth. In some "recipes," a screen is used to act as a sieve to form the sheets, but the step isn't required.

5. Once spread evenly, press down onto the pulp with another towel to remove excess water.

6. Peel away the towel and let the paper dry. Then, cut and use the paper like normal.
