HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Sidney, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Ada, Fort Shawnee, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, Cridersville, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, New Knoxville, Alger, Waynesfield, and Chippewa Park.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 91 and 118.

Joyce Flinn
Joyce A. Flinn, age 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at her home in Celina. She was born August 13, 1942, in Mercer County, to the late Frank L. & Alvina C. (Reier) Heyne.
Joyce is survived by her daughters: Dawn (Terry) Daugherty and Lisa Heistan; grandchildren: Amanda (Ian), Steven, Travis and Tyler; great grandchildren: Roy, Harmony and Bennett; and sisters-in-law: Ruth Heyne and Rita Heyne.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Lora Ann, and her brothers and sisters: Lester Heyne, Rosy (Chris Broders) Albright, Oscar (Nancy) Heyne, Norma Jeane (Harry) Eckrote, Ralph Heyne, and Earl Heyne.
Joyce was a graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired from Goodyear in St. Marys after many years of service.
Lovingly known as the "Energizer Bunny", Joyce gave her heart to the Mercer County Council on Aging (Senior Center), volunteering for the last 25 years. She spent countless hours assisting with their Garage Sales, Thursday and Sunday Night Card Games, the monthly Newsletter, Craft Classes, Special Events, as a Transportation Services Driver, and beyond.
Joyce always had a smile and a hug for everyone, and truly enjoyed helping people in any way she could.
She also liked to recycle and repurpose items. Joyce enjoyed spending time with her family; daughters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her fur babies.
A Celebration of Joyce's Life will be held at the Mercer County Council on Aging, 217 Riley St., in Celina, on Saturday, October 4, from 12 to 4 pm. Pastor Craig Flack will officiate a service starting at 4 pm. Please join the family for a meal following the service.
