CELINA - A Wawa convenience store/gas station is set to be built next year at 1401 State Route 703, the current site of the China Wok Buffett.
Reese Moore, a commercial agent for Crawford Hoying of Dublin, submitted a site plan review for a proposed 6,372-square-foot Wawa on 2.23 acres to the Celina Planning Commission in late August. [More]

Bertke's big night lifts Celina past Ottawa-Glandorf

CELINA - Celina's football season hasn't gone according to script.
But the Bulldogs are determined to have it end on a positive note.
On Friday, Parker Bertke rushed 17 times for 241 yards and three touchdowns in leading Celina to a 45-28 win over Ottawa-Glandorf in WBL play at Celina Stadium. Snapping a two-game losing streak, Celina improved to 3-6 overall and 3-5 in league play. Ottawa-Glandorf, which led 7-3 after one quarter, fell to 0-9 and 0-8. [More]
