JoAnn Lachey
JoAnn E (Bohman) Lachey, age 90, of St. Henry, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025, at Briarwood Skilled Nursing facility in Coldwater, Ohio. The youngest of 7 children, she was born on August 1, 1935, in Osgood, Ohio to Joseph and Catherine (Ernst) Bohman. She married Kenneth Lachey on December 28, 1957, in Osgood, Ohio.
JoAnn is survived by Ken and her children: Jayne (Lachey) and Tom Gmeiner of Dayton, Karin (Lachey) Pack of Hudson, Jim and Ann Lachey of Columbus, Rob Lachey of Columbus, Ron and Jennifer Lachey of Columbus, 11 grandchildren; Catie Gmeiner, Peter Gmeiner, Kayla Pack, Paige Lachey, Emily Elflein, Ali Lachey, James Lachey, Luke Lachey, Mia Lachey, Ava Lachey, Blake Lachey, 9 great grandchildren, sisters-in-law Naomi Richards of Ft. Loramie, and Thelma Lachey of Anna.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law Craig Pack and siblings Florence Raasch, Ernest Bohman, Paul Bohman, Ralph Bohman, Richard Bohman and Oneda Horstman.
JoAnn was a lifelong member of St. Henry Catholic Church. JoAnn served many Mercer County businesses over the years as a dedicated business manager. She enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren play sports. She also enjoyed playing cards with dear friends, growing beautiful flowers, baking, and being a loving grandmother to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM December 29, 2025, at St. Henry Church. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 1 to 3 PM and on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 9 to 10 AM.
