Some patchy fog will linger this afternoon, but more widespread fog is expected tonight into Monday morning. Visibilities are likely to be reduced below one mile, with quarter mile or lower visibilities possible.
Isolated locations may observe temperatures at or just below freezing. If dense fog occurs in these locations, some slick spots may develop on elevated surfaces.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Richard Rammel
Richard "Ralf" Rammel, age 64, of Celina, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at his home in Celina.
He was born on October 1, 1961, in Coldwater, Ohio, to the late Donald and Mary (Thieman) Rammel.
Ralf is survived by his life partner of many years, Betty Ebright of Celina; his children, Christopher (Amber) Posada of St. Johns, Ohio, and Jessica (Todd Shoaf) Rammel of Celina; his stepchildren, James (Tonja) Ebright II of Coldwater, Sandra (April) Ebright of Celina, David Ebright of Celina, Valerie Blake of Marysville, and Daniele Datres of Wapakoneta; eight grandchildren, Nathaniel, Elizabeth, Abigail, Stephanie, Chase, Jaelyn, Liam, and Isaiah; three stepgrandchildren, Makenzie, Andrea, and Julia; three great-grandchildren, Evelyn, Jackson, and Solayne; his siblings, Susan (Gary) Thobe of Englewood, Rebecca Rammel of Celina, and Joseph Rammel of Celina; as well as six nieces, one nephew, and multiple great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by two children, Jamie Rammel and Chad Rammel, and a stepson, Richard Ebright.
Ralf was a hardworking and dedicated man who spent over 45 years as a carpenter. He took great pride in his work and was known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic. Outside of his career, he enjoyed woodworking, listening to rock music, and spending time with his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County, 218 S. Main Street, Celina, Ohio 45822.
The Rammel family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the love, care, and support shown to them during this difficult time.
