* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Rockford Police Chief, Bryan Stetler, announced his retirement effective March 9. Stetler has more than 25 years with the Rockford force.
