The Celina-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce presented Michael Pax, the former president of Pax Machine Works in Celina, with the 2025 Citizen of the Year Award on Thursday evening. His award was accepted by his son Jeff Pax, pictured, who recently assumed the role of president of Pax Machine Works.
