Cynthia Muter
Cynthia Renee Muter, age 55 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born the daughter of David and Ninfa E. (Rodriguez) Muter on May 26, 1970 in Coldwater, Ohio.
Cynthia is survived by her parents, two sons Jordan Davis of St. Marys and Brandon Roark of Celina, three beloved grandchildren Hayden, Kellen and Knox. She is also survived by her sister Kathleen Muter of Delphos.
She graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1988. After High School Cynthia graduated top of her Class in respiratory therapy School. She was employed as a respiratory therapist at St. Rita's medical Center in Lima for the last 21 years. Cynthia was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She was known for her fantastic ability to cook and bake. She enjoyed watching movies, gardening, listening to 80's music and most importantly spending time with her two boys and her grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Robert Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Friday morning at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County or the American Heart Association.
