The registration deadline for November 3, 2026, General Election is October 5. As required by law, those who plan to exercise their right to vote in the November 3, 2026, General Election must be registered to vote at least 30 days before the election. Registration forms can be obtained at the Board of Elections and are also available at the authorized agencies listed below during their regular business hours.

Authorized Registering Agencies

All Public High Schools, Libraries, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, County Treasurer, and Dept. of Human Services. Voters may update their registration address or register for the first time online at VoteOhio.Gov.

Qualifications to Vote in the Election

• Must be a US citizen.

• Must be 18 years of age on or before November 3, 2026.

• Must be a resident of Ohio for 30 days prior to the election.

• Must be registered to vote at least 30 days prior to the election.

• Must not have been declared incompetent for voting purposes by a Probate Court.

• Must not be currently incarcerated for a felony conviction.

• Early In-Person Voting: Begins Oct. 6 and ends Nov. 1 in the Courthouse Auditorium

• Absentee Voting by Mail: Begins Oct. 6 and Oct. 27 is the last day to request

69kV Relaying and Control Panels Modifications

will be received by the City of Celina, Ohio, at the Office of the Safety-Service Director, Municipal Building, at 225 North Main Street, Celina, OH 45822 until 2:00 p.m., LOCAL TIME Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The proposed Work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the project scope as follows:

The City is upgrading their 69kV transmission system protection by modifying the existing relay and protection panels in various City substations. The City is therefore seeking proposals for the modification of existing relay panels. Modifications include the installation of new, City furnished, relay and control panels that will be installed on existing relay cabinet doors, and the rewiring required for the new panels.

The project also includes the coordination and assistance required for the interconnection of existing fiber optic cables to the new relay and control panels. Existing fiber is owned and operated by the City of Celina.

The contract documents and Specifications are on file at the Office of the Safety-Service Director, 225 North Main Street, Celina, OH 45822, and at the office of the Engineer, GPD Group, 520 South Main Street, Suite 2531, Akron, OH 44311-1010.
