The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 6th day of June, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Gerard Dorsten, requests a Variance in the set-back requirements and height restrictions for the property located at 7721 St. Rt. 219, Lot 3, Celina, Ohio 45822.
As per Section 1127:34 of the Zoning Code, a minimum of 10' is required for the rear yard set-backs of the property. The applicants are requesting a Variance of 7'. The applicants are also requesting a Variance of 4' 6" in the height restrictions. The Zoning Code requires a maximum of 18'. They would like to build a garage on the property.

LIQUID POLYMER
The City of Celina is requesting sealed bids for liquid Polymer, approximately 15,000 pounds/year, for centrifuge dewatering of aerobically digested wastewater sludge. Polymer jar testing and performance testing must be completed prior to bidding. The jar testing must be completed by the polymer supplier at the Celina Wastewater Treatment Plant with the assistance of Wastewater Treatment Plant personnel. Following jar testing, polymer suppliers must provide a 5-gallon pail of choice polymer(s) (maximum of two) to be bided to the Celina Wastewater Treatment Plant to allow City personnel to complete performance testing. Pails of polymer must be received no less than FIFTEEN (15) days prior to the bid date.
This bid is to be in accordance with Specifications on file in the office of the Safety Service Director. All bids will be received In the office of the Director, which is located in the City Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio, 45822. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, July 21, 2022, and at that time and place will be publicly opened. Contracts will be for a period of one (1) year from the date of Contract with option for renewal.
Each bid must be enclosed in an appropriately marked and sealed envelope and must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. All bids shall be made on Bid Forms furnished with the Invitation to Bid, and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if a bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a Contract. On bids for services, or where quantities are not determined, a bid security of five hundred dollars ($500.00) will be required. A Performance Bond may be required on Contracts for professional services.
On bids that are rejected, the bid security will be promptly returned to the Bidder. The bid security will be returned to the successful bidders upon proper execution of the Contract.
The Safety Service Director reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid that will serve the best interests of the City of Celina, Ohio.

NOTICE FOR MOTION TO REVIVE DORMANT JUDGMENT
On May 2, 2016, Plaintiff John W. Glessner obtained a Judgment against Defendants Select Genetics, LLC, Bert de Bruijn (Hurbeltus de Bruijn), and Antonietta de Bruijn (Antoni etta Johanna W.M de Bruijn Oomen) for a Cognovit Promissory Note for two hundred fifty-two thousand and five hundred dollars ($252,500.00) plus interest, due and payable to Plaintiff Glessner, in the above-captioned matter. This matter came before the Common Pleas Court in Mercer County, Ohio, Case No. 15 CV 047. Five years have passed since the Judgment was ordered, rendering it dormant, and Defendants are in default of the Note. Plaintiff Glessner wishes to revive the dormant Judgment obtained against Defendants. Defendants last known address is 10525 W. Viebahn Road, Manitowoc, WI, 54220. However, upon information and belief, Defendants have relocated and Plaintiff is unable to locate Defendants' new address to personally serve the Motion to Revive the Dormant Judgment.
Plaintiff Glessner is serving Defendants the Motion to Revive Dormant Judgment by publication in the Daily Standard News of Mercer County once a week for six consecutive weeks. Defendants are required to respond to the Motion to Revive Dormant Judgment within fourteen (14) days after the date of the last publication. Loc.R. 9.05; Civ.R. 6.
