CITY OF CELINA PLANNING COMMISSION

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, June 1, 2023, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first item on the agenda is a request by Steve Adams of Fox Plaza Properties LLC requesting a conditional use for the property at 1901 Havemann Road (formerly Doll Printing). Requesting to have the zoning changed on their lot at 1901 Havemann Road (map #06-32-327-001 tax# 27-027100.0700). Current zoning is M-2 and B-3 zoning is being requested in order for the property to operate under retail sales.
