NOTICE

The Parkway Local Schools, acting under Ohio Revised Code Section 153.67, publicly announces that contracts are available for professional design (architectural) service in connection with the anticipated construction and/or renovation of athletic facilities during 2023/2024 on the Parkway Local Schools campus in Rockford, Ohio. 

A responding professional design firm must have the competence and ability to perform professional architectural services in connection with commercial structures, including the availability of qualified personnel to perform the services competently and expeditiously, and also be prepared to document satisfactory past performance for clients with respect to such factors as cost control, quality of work and meeting deadlines.

Any interested professional design firm should submit a written statement of qualifications by June 12, 2023, to District Treasurer Debbie Pierce by email at pierced@parkwayschools.org or by mail or in person at the District, 400 Buckeye Street, Rockford, OH 45882. Qualified firms are encouraged to submit a statement of qualifications and periodically to update any such statement. The second phase of the hiring process will occur in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.69 and related statutes.
