NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE AND PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted by Ron Wenning to the Village of Coldwater Board of Appeals for the property located at 545 N. Second Street, Coldwater Ohio.
Applicant requests a Variance to Section 500 - Lot and Yard Requirements of Zoning Ordinance No. 1586 for the Village Coldwater for the said property. The owner is proposing to a storage building for personal use which will encroach on the rear yard setback by 21 feet, which requires a variance by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
The Board of Planning and Zoning Appeals may not act upon this request prior to notification of adjacent property owners.
