April 15, 2021
The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 22, 2021, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. North Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The first item on the agenda is Rockford Construction Services requesting a preliminary drawing review for proposed zoning and lots in Section 7 Phase II of Eaglebrook Estates.
For additional information, please stop by the Celina Engineering office at 308 Portland Street or call 419-586-1144. The City of Celina Planning Commission requests that the applicant or their designee attend this meeting so in the event of any questions they can be answered and a decision can be made at meeting.

Thobe, et al., Plaintiffs vs. Unknown Heirs of Blanche Brumm, et al., Defendants. This action has been assigned Case No. 21-CIV-014 and is pending in the Common Pleas Court, Mercer County, Ohio.
The object of the Complaint is to quiet title in Plaintiffs by adverse possession and to establish their exclusive ownership in a 2-foot strip along the west side of Lot 27 in the Village of Coldwater, Ohio, more particularly described in the Complaint on file with the clerk. The demand for relief includes an order to quiet title based on adverse possession and for reformation of the deed.
You are required to respond to the Complaint by filing an answer in the Clerk of Courts, Mercer County Common Pleas Court, 101 N. Main Street, Room 205, Celina, Ohio 45822 within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six consecutive weeks.
