* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Arthur Robbins
Arthur E. Robbins Jr., 76, of Portland, Ind., died the afternoon of June 29, 2006, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born March 13, 1930, in Portland, to Arthur Robbins and Edith Glassford Ferrell. He was raised by Ray and Edith Ferrell.
Survivors are a companion, Lilly Mock, Portland; a daughter, Marsi, Crawfordsville, Ind.; and two grandchildren.
He was owner and operator of Art's Plant Shop and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a member of the Portland Optimist Club, American Legion Post 211 and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 417, all of Portland.
Services are 6 p.m. Monday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland, the Rev. Marty Sandhage officiating.
Calling is after 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
