* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio. * WHEN...Until noon EDT today. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. Gusts will decrease behind a cold front that will move through the area this morning.

MINSTER - The Grand Lake area is assured of at least one team making it to the championship game of the District 4 ACME baseball tournament this Sunday.
