* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values around 105 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.

New seating

Workers construct two 45-foot long metal bleachers in the Show Barn on the Auglaize County Fairgrounds on Friday. The new bleachers cost about $30,000 and were funded by the Auglaize County Fair Board and the Auglaize County Cattlemen's Association. They will replace the old wooden ones previously in place and will come in handy when the fair gets underway July 31.
