* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

The Celina Lake Festival hit full swing this morning with the opening of sidewalk sales downtown. In addition to bargains, festival patrons also could find plenty of good food and other fun. The festival runs through Sunday.
