* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Festival festivities

Friday afternoon, a gathering of owners of the unique Amphicars held their annual swim-in, taking the plunge off Lake shore drive near the hot water hole. The boat-car combination vehicles dip into the water followed the opening ceremonies and a boat parade past Lakeshore Park.
