* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Two mannequins not wearing seatbelts become airborne during a simulated 15 mph crash Wednesday at the Auglaize County Fair. A bit later, the simulator was launched again with the mannequins wearing seat belts. The Auglaize County Carteens crash simulator is used during monthly classes, which every juvenile traffic offender must attend.
