Many years ago, St. Marys teen Jeff Noble, 17, rehabilitated an old model of an oil derrick as part of his Eagle Scout project, putting in many hours of research. Noble, 27, is now a captain in the U. S. Air Force and pilots C130s in and out of Kuwait. The model derrick is now on display at the St. Marys Community Public Library.
