A heavily damaged 2004 Chevy Trailblazer awaits a tow truck following a two-vehicle accident that resulted in multiple injuries at 10:59 a.m. Aug. 15 at the intersection of Touvelle Street and Fairground Road. Timothy A. Levi, 38, 1313 Michael Ave., Celina, was driving a 1999 Chevy pickup truck southeast bound on Touvelle Street approaching the Summit Street/Fairground Road intersection while David J. Place, 60, 310 Jill Ave., Lot 123, Celina, was driving the Trailblazer westbound on Summit Street. The vehicles collided in the intersection with each driver claiming to have a green light. Place was taken by ambulance to Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys. Jordan A. Levi, 14, a passenger in the truck driven by his father, was taken by another squad to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. Both disabled vehicles were towed from the scene.
