The Rockford School became known as Parkway Local when Willshire consolidated with Rockford in the early 1960s.
Tuesday marks a new beginning for the 1,150 students in the Parkway Local School District.
They will begin the 2006-2007 school year by entering through the doors of a new education complex that houses all grades, kindergarten through high school, plus preschool, under one roof. [More]
