* At 929 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ohio City, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Rockford, Mendon, Buckland, Uniopolis, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, St. Johns, Neptune, and State Route 116 at State Route 197.

Eugene Baughman
Former St. Marys resident Eugene L. "Skip" Baughman, 76, 6139 Glen Village Drive, Dublin, died at 2:50 a.m. Aug. 25, 2006 at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio, following a stroke.
He was born Jan. 11, 1930, in Cleveland, to Charles and Marie Stell Baughman. He married Mary Campbell on Aug. 16, 1952 and she died on Nov. 3, 2004.
Surviving are three daughters: Deborah (David) Stroh, Upper Arlington; Sandy (David) Hausfeld, Sylvania; Angela Manarolla, Jackson, Mich.; three sisters: Nona (Art) Jones, Painesville; Charlene (John) Thur, Richmond Heights; Edna Blackie, Madison; a sister-in-law, Lou Baughman, Painesville; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Charles; two brothers, Bob Fedell and Charles Baughman; and a sister, Marian Alvera.
A 1948 graduate of Willoughby High School and a graduate of Ohio Northern Universit, he served with the U. S. Army. He was a teacher and coach, having first taught at Hardin Northern Schools and then at Memorial High School, St. Marys. He coached high school football at St. Marys for 36 years.
A former member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, he was a member of Saint Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church, Dublin.
He was a member of the ONU Alumni Association, the Ohio Northern University Hall of Fame, the Ohio Football Coaches Hall of Fame and the Ohio Football Coaches Association.
Funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Revs. Anthony Cutcher and Joshua Wagner officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Calling is 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorial contributions may be directed to The Tommy Howard Scholarship Fund, Hospice of Northwest Ohio or to the Skip Baughman Scholarship Fund.
