* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Tony Stewart practices Wednesday night for the 25-lap NEXTEL Prelude to the Dream at Eldora Speedway. Stewart, who also owns the track, won the race that involved many of the top drivers on the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup circuit. Those racing included Kurt Busch, Bill Elliott, Matt Kenseth, Bobby Labonte, Ryan Newman, Mark Martin and Ken Schrader.
