Frances Emans, 70, of Mendon, died Oct. 2, 2006, at Van Wert County Hospital.
Arrangements are pending at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Mendon.
Deborah E. Lewis, 37, 407 Balsam St., Fort Recovery, died at 12:14 a.m. Oct. 1, 2006, at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Ind. Death was due to cancer. [More]
