* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

William Sewell Jr.
William A. Sewell Jr., 86, 122 S. Walnut St., New Bremen, died at 11:50 a.m. Sept. 21, 2006, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Feb. 7, 1920, in Maryland, to William Sr. and Margaret Sewell. In 1976, he married Miriam Philips Wigell, who died in 1988.
Survivors are two sons, Richard, Baltimore, Md., and W. Andrew III, of Maryland; two daughters, Donna (Paul) Sewell-Mesmeringer, Baltimore, and Fran Ronsehaur, Washington, D.C.; a stepson, Harve (Peggy) Platig, Powell; two stepdaughters, Betsy (John) Cosmos, St. Marys, and Paula Wigell, of Tennessee; a sister, Peggy Sewell, Baltimore; five grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren.
He retired from Computer Services Corporation where he was a computer engineer and had worked as a consultant for Maryland Schools in Montgomery County. He was a member of the Way International, New Knoxville, and a staff photographer for the The Way Magazine.
Services are 3 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Harve Platig officiating.
Calling is after 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
