* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Carl Snyder
Carl L. Snyder. 85, 11136 Circle Drive, St. Marys, died at 7:35 a.m. Oct. 4, 2006, at Otterbein of St. Marys.
He was born June 17, 1921, in Fort Recovery, to Wilbur and Alberta Stoner Snyder. His first wife, Mary Bushur, died in 1984. In August 1985, he married Betty Donovan Andrew, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, James, Defiance, and Carl D. (Diane), Sulphur Springs, Texas; two stepsons, James (Melynda) Andrew and John (Misty) Andrew, all of Celina; a stepdaughter, Nancy (David) Post, Fairfax, Va.; a sister, Margaret (John) Teeters, Piqua; six grandchildren, seven stepgrandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, four stepgreat-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
He was a retired auto mechanic from Sam Dixon's Motors, Celina, and was a veteran of World War II. A 1936 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, he was a member of Mount Carmel Church of God and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
