* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Craig Meier
Craig Alan Meier, 28, of Pittsenbarger Road, Versailles, died the morning of Oct. 7, 2006, following an electrical accident at a farm on state Route 47, Versailles.
He was born Sept. 30, 1978, in Coldwater, to Dale D. and Jane L. Selhorst Meier, who survive in Versailles.
Also surviving are three sisters, Lisa (Gary) Bertke, Maria Stein, Karen (Tim) Paul, New Bremen, and Amy (Jim) Dirksen, Maria Stein; and a grandmother, Bertha Selhorst, Coldwater.
Deceased is a brother, Douglas, who also was killed in the same accident.
He was a farmer and was employed at the Darke County Highway Garage. He was a 1997 graduate of Versailles High School, where he was active in FFA and earned a State Farmer's Degree while in school. He was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church, Versailles, and was an usher and communion distributor, and also was current vice president of Marion Young Farmers, a member of Dairy Farmers of America and McBo's Tuesday Night Bowling League.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
