* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Blowing their horns

Marion Local High School band members perform during the annual contest held at the school's football stadium. Seven other bands also performed and were judged on their marching and music. Those receiving a superior rating now are qualified for the Ohio Music Education Association state marching competition to be held later this month in Columbus. Marion Local already has received a superior.
