Gladys Howell-Barth
Former Celina resident Gladys Vivian Howell-Barth, 92, of Greenville, died at 1 a.m. Oct. 14, 2006, at Heartland of Greenville.
She was born March 19, 1914, in Campbell County, Ky., to Odelin H. and Edna Woods Schneider. Her first husband, Leslie Howell, and second husband, Leonard Barth, are deceased.
Survivors are a daughter, Carolyn Brock, Buffalo, N.Y.; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Donald Howell; a daughter, Patricia Howell; a brother, Harold Schneider; and two sisters, Ruth Mix and Edith Kramer.
She was a homemaker and member of the Loyal Order of Moose and Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, the Revs. Tim Lehman and Gerald Miller officiating. Burial is at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville.
