* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Leo Borges
Leo B. Borges, 87, 205 N. Cleveland St., Minster, died at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 19, 2006, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, where he lived for eight years.
He was born March 17, 1919, in Mercer County, to Frank and Francis Fahrig Borges. On June 19, 1948, he married Jeanette Koverman, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Steve (Judy), Minster, and Tim (Kelly), Fort Loramie; three daughters, Diane (John) Bender, Fort Loramie, Kathy, Minster, and Ann Meyer, Minster; a brother, John, Dayton; a sister, Marie Costello, Sandusky; two sisters-in-law, Jeanette, Minster, and Amanda, St. Marys; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Paul and Joseph; a daughter-in-law, Mary; and two grandchildren.
He retired after 35 years at Minster Machine Co and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster; American Legion Post 571, Maria Stein; and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1391, Minster. He also was a former member of the American Legion Firing Squad.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial with full military honors by the American Legion is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
