* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Trumpeting Halloween treats

A scary, old man plays trumpet with the Celina High School Marching Band during the Halloween parade in Celina on Sunday. The weather was ideal as costumed kids marched down Main Street, with various prizes awarded.
