* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Trumpeting Halloween treats

Diana Cook of St. Henry wore an inflatable costume as she handed out treats in the village on Sunday afternoon. Local beggar's were out all over the Grand Lake area this past weekend.
