* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Trick or treat in Grand Lake area

During trick-or-treating in Fort Recovery on Sunday, Andy Willeford of Saratoga, Ind., (the little red Power Ranger) made a visit to a house of monsters just long enough to get a big candy bar. Monsters were Fort Recovery residents Andy and Julie Pax.
