* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

High-speed boats make a splash on Grand Lake

Formula boats celebrated its 2006 National High Points Championship on Saturday by presenting an exhibition race, in which two boats, including an unlimited hydroplane, participated. Mike Allen, the 2006 National High Points champion driver, enters his U-1 unlimited hydroplane. The unlimited boats are 30-by-40 foot and can reach up to 225 mph.
